Delivery Services

Where can I get my order delivered?

Products on KwikFold.co.uk can be delivered to your home or alternative address in the UK. Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) may be subject to additional delivery charges and/or slightly longer delivery times. The shipping costs and times outside the UK may vary. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and PO boxes at this time.

 

How much does delivery cost?

UK Express Delivery within 1-2 working days

  • FREE on bike orders

  • Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for Bank Holidays.

  • Smaller items, such as Parts & Accessories will be sent via Royal Mail.

  • Larger goods, such as Bikes will be sent via Courier, and a signature will be required.

Collection

  • FREE

  • Order placed can be collected from our warehouse between 12pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

Delivery Outside UK

The shipping costs and times outside the UK may vary. All delivery charges and times will be clearly shown throughout the checkout process.

Delivery charges are per order, not per item, so if you order a bike to be delivered on Saturday, you will only pay one charge.

If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasion, be sent in multiple dispatches at no extra charge. All delivery charges will be clearly shown throughout the checkout process.

 

What if I am out when my product is delivered?

Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm, but delivery may be attempted outside these hours, up to 9pm Monday to Friday. All courier deliveries must be signed for.

If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour. The courier will leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to or if they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts. If they are still unsuccessful they will either:

  • Leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

  • Leave the parcel at your local post office for you to collect. (Royal Mail and Parcelforce deliveries only)

How can I return my order?

KwikFold will refund or exchange any order within 30 days of delivery. You just need your proof of purchase and all original packaging.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.

Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.

Return and Refund

Cancellation

We may cancel a purchase if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received via the original method of payment.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team by calling us on +44 (0)1215726289. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the company, postages are not refundable.

 

Return Policy

Hopefully you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. We will happily refund or exchange, provided the purchase is within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

 

Return Process

  • Your full contact details.

  • Details of the product(s) that you wish to return.

  • The reason for return.

  • Date of purchase.

  • Our order/invoice number.

Return Terms and Conditions

Faulty on arrival:

  • If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days where we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund.

  • Faulty product must be returned to us before replacement or a refund can be authorised.

 

Faulty within warranty period:

  • If the product develop a fault after 14 days from the date of purchase, provided your it is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or we may replace it. The cost of returning the product is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We perform test on the product returned to us, once received it will be inspected by our engineers. A replacement product or part of the product will be provided should a fault be found.

 

Incorrect item:

  • If the product we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please notify us within 14 days where we will be happy to arrange for an exchange or refund.

  • If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss your requirements. Returns of such goods must be undamaged and in the original packaging.

 

Unwanted items:

Our 14 days money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any personal reasons, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or a full refund on the purchase, any postage incurred in getting the item to you is not refundable.

  • If you wish to return unwanted goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned with their original packaging and undamaged within 14 days.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us

  • We might accept returning items in their original condition in between 15 days to 30 days after your purchase. There will be 5% restocking fee apply to cover any bank chargers and delivery costs.

Refund And Exchange:

Please note that returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arriving with us, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear.

When your return has been processed for an exchange or replacement and if the item is out of stock we will inform you by e-mail.

 

Responsibilities

The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. KwikFold  takes responsibilities for all returning costs relating to a fault in the either the product or the order of our behalf.
